Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We aim to keep shipping simple and affordable. Currently, we offer flat-rate standard shipping across Egypt.

3. Shipping Coverage

Currently, 909 only ships to addresses within Egypt. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a SMS/Text Message directly from the shipping company. This text will include your tracking details and the estimated delivery date so you can coordinate your pickup.
